It works!
My hair is growing and my fingernails have become much stronger. I have been using for six months, once a day in coffee. I am so happy, my hair stylist told me just this past week that I have new growth all over my head. I am soooo happy with Collegen Marine.

Amino acid sequance in Marine Collagen is highly similar to human collagen
I had been taking cow-based collagen peptides for a few months and hadn't noticed much improvement to my aching joints. Saw a commercial on marine-based collagen peptides that stated it more closely matches human biology because it also has Type I collagen (which is found in fish skin and sales) - this amino acid sequence is highly similar to human collagen. After switching, I noticed that my knee joints didn't ache nearly as much.

Good to take with coffee
Great to mix with coffee if i do that no notable taste. However when i mix it with water i can taste. It dissolves in hot water. not in cold. The price of the size is great. 30 days severing for 20 bucks is a great price. I'm happy for the purchase

Just be consistent.
So far so good. I'm not for sure but my nails has always grew. It may be working on my hair, due to it's really coming out. But I have noticed that it may be slowing down on the shedding will see. My second jar. I no thing's take time, so yeah I'm giving it a chance.

Developed stiffness in my hands and wrist
I am a 68 year old male. As one of the other reviewers noted earlier I developed stiffness in my joints after using this product. As far as I know I do NOT have Alpha-gal. Stopped and started using it twice with the same results. Developed Trigger finger and De Quarvain's after the first round of taking it then stopped. These are tendon related issues. Started again a few months later and began to develope the same problems then stopped. I was disappointed because outside of these issues I liked the product. If you decide to try be on the lookout for joint stiffness particularly in the hands and wrist.
