The belt of the watch is very lose but look wise and overall its every nice and premium

Defective Belt Lock and Amazon Won't Accept Return
This watch is completely defective right out of the box. The lock mechanism on the belt is broken - it doesn't secure properly and the belt keeps coming loose. I've tried adjusting it multiple times but the defect is clearly in the manufacturing. Even worse, when I tried to return it, Amazon told me the return window is already closed. This is unacceptable! A defective product should be returnable regardless of the return window. I paid for a quality watch and received a broken one, and now Amazon is refusing to help. The belt lock defect makes this watch unusable. I can't trust it to stay on my wrist. For the price I paid, this is a complete waste of money. Do not buy this watch - you'll get a defective product and Amazon will refuse to accept your return.
