This is not oat flakes. It's oat flour/granules. This can be mixed with other flours and made into Rotis. For making granola bars you can use Quaker oats... those are in the form of flakes.

Best product. Increases fibre intake and healthy for heart compared to only oats and less in calories. Makes roti a little dry but its never an issues compared to its health benefits . Also can be used in porridge or khichdi for little body
