I’ve had heel pain that wouldn’t go away. In the past, I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis (more toward the middle of the sole of the foot) and been able to resolve it with stretches and exercises and fixing calf trigger points. This was the first time I couldn’t help my foot, so I started trying numerous new things. This was thing number 3 or 4. I’ve been using these for about five weeks. My dog walks and pickleball felt more comfortable with feet supported right away, but the pain after getting up in the morning was the same for the first week or two. It’s gradually been improving however. Now, my heel is only a little tender when I first get up and not every morning. I’ll definitely call that a win and am hoping for further improvement.
