Feels solid, nice shiny yellow paint! I found that I immediately wanted to use it and it has helped with a lot of exercises other than just dips and lateral pullups. I use it for stability during hip airplanes and other exercises where I am not yet strong enough to maintain stability! It doesn't take up too much space. I am a little bit baffled by the design choice for the pins - the threads on the part holding the pins, when tightened all the way, stick too far into the tube and block the little joining piece from entering, so I have to leave them only partially threaded. My tip? Slide the joining tube in before you install the pin. Line up the holes, then place the pin in and hand-tighten. Otherwise it's really awkward to adjust. Also, you cannot use this very well without the joining piece or the bars will tip away from each other.

We just purchased this dip station and was able to assemble it pretty easily. It feels quite sturdy overall, with some wiggle that was adjustable with changing the tightness of our screws. The company has been awesome to work with to get an extra support bar as I wanted to see if this can further help stabilize our station, so I have nothing but joy with using this product thus far. We tried it out today, between myself, my partner, and my niece (weight ranges from 110-205lbs) and no issues at all. Dips, L-holds, and pull ups were all a fantastic addition to our workout and we all eagerly look forward to using this more often with our workouts! Definitely recommend!

This is really rather junky and mine came damaged but not bad enough for the hassle of replacing it. My wife had major back surgery, and the PT wants her to do some sorts of knee dips using the bars to stabilize her. It works for my wifes needs but I would not bet my full weight (66 kg) on it. Update Aug 24 2025: For a small footprint, this unit offers a lot of options for uses. The unit a rather wobbly but I joined the open feet (1 1/4 pvc pipe with electrical tape to shim it) and I added a stabilizer cross bar at the far bend with 1 1/4 pipe clamps and a piece of oak cut to 1x1 inch. This unit is now rock solid. It probably is a 3.5 * now. I think they should sell (even if as an accessory) a stabilizer bar.

I have used this product for several weeks. I am very satisfied with its quality. It's not heavy but very stable, plus it is really easy to be assembled , make it portable for indoor or outdoor trainning. I like the paint also. Highly recommended.

These dip station bars are very sturdy and built. The heavy duty steel frame feels solid and stable.i really like the adjustable height options, which make them suitable for different workouts and users. The foam grips are comfortable and non-slip, and the rubber feet keep everything secure on the floor. All the parts are included. It’s easy to installed. I also have a pull-up bar station from RELIFE, and the quality is just as good. My son enjoys using both the dip bars and the pull-up station, which makes working out at home more fun and motivating for him.

Good for the price. Does not align properly when you assemble it, causes a slight wobble when used. Not ideal for taller people.

Good product, lightweight with solid aluminum build. Stable footing and handhold padding. Easy, quick assembly with adjustable sizes.

I have had this for about 3 months now and this is very sturdy and durable. I weigh 250lbs and it held up just fine in my home gym. When it first arrived it was on a few parts but it was real easy to put together. There were no missing parts when it arrived. I like the bar hight as I am 6ft and you can tell by the pictures that once you adjust it to the maximum height, you will be just fine if you are doing dips. If you are putting your whole weight on the bars it will still be stable and not tip over or break. The adjustability is great as well as it goes from low to high so you can be very versatile with this at home. I especially enjoy the soft grips at the top of the bar so I don’t tear my hands up.

Awesome little workout equipment that I had been lokking for.

I bought these thinking as they were more expensive, they'd be better quality. They aren't stable. Not really safe to use.

How can I get a replacement part? I lost one of the spring loaded locking mechanisms. The unit is excellent...my fault.
