Review: Arrived defrosted - This is the 3rd time that we ordered these croissants. The first two orders arrived frozen and were of good quality. Sadly, this time they arrived completely defrosted and we had to chuck them. When I contacted the supplier they requested photos and then refunded me. However, I now feel disinclined to order again. Sometimes don't arrive
The product is fine, when it arrives. When it doesn't, which has now happened to us twice in a row, be prepared for the company to ignore you, insist their product arrived without showing any proof and losing your money.
