Organic First Infant Milk Stage 1 800g

Previously using cow and gate which made my little one unsettled, they also had colic. I have been using this for a week now and it’s really settled them down and more gentle on their stomach too. Nice to see that milk is the top content and not lactose and fish oils.

We use this formula from week 1 and my baby is 3 months old already. Growing beautifully and healthy as well. It looks like she likes the taste and has no problem at all now. She had some stomach issues but it can be from immature digestive system.

We really liked this formula up until the most recent packaging change. I think the ingredients have been altered. For some reason the formula will not melt in the bottle. I am following all instructions and using fresh boiling hot water and no matter what I do all the formula doesn’t melt leaving powder substance on the bottle and chunks in the milk. It said it was in date so I don’t think it was that but maybe we got a bad batch? Just be wary when using it and make sure it’s fully melted as my daughter kept refusing the bottle and being so fussy after drinking any. I’ve made about 4 bottles with this now and every single bottle has been the same and I’ve had to pour away and when I do I can see all the chunky milk bits. Amazon have been great and refunded me but please be wary I don’t know how to report this to Kendamil as it may need a recall.

My baby enjoy eating which makes me happy for making the right choice for her.

My daughter has had to change milks a couple of times as she kept having issues with constipation and reflux. I wish I used this from the off. She no longer has reflux and doesn't get constipated anymore. She actually seems to enjoy her milk now as well.

We used to love this product, but the quality has deteriorated significantly. The powder no longer dissolves properly in water and leaves large clumps throughout the milk. The only way to break them up is to shake the bottle extremely vigorously, which creates a huge amount of air and foam. This is particularly frustrating when preparing a bottle for a baby. We never experienced this problem before, so something appears to have changed with the product. What made the situation worse was the response from customer support. When we contacted them, they seemed uninterested in investigating the issue or offering any meaningful help. For a product that parents rely on to feed their children, both the poor quality and the dismissive customer service are unacceptable. We have lost confidence in this brand and will be switching to another one. I would not recommend it to other parents.

My now 5 month old has been taking these since her second month. I’m also breast feeding but she is growing beautifully and have zero complaints when I supplement with this formula.
