Straps and cloth between toes seemed worn out by use/returned or old that had sat in box for a bit, making shoe loose. Also the Velcro is worn out. Kept them cause the shoe helped my foot pain. However, the one sandal comes loose while I walk and cannot wear them anymore.

These are probably the most comfortable sandals that I have ever owned. They are true to size, have good arch support and cushion. I walked about 3 miles in one day while wearing them, and the next day my feet were not in as much pain as they would have been had I worn my regular sandals (I'm plus sized, so my feet wouldve been screaming that night). No pain the next day, no blisters of any kind. The only complaint I would have is that it leaves an imprint of your foot on the sole, like birkenstocks do, which makes it look like you have dirty feet lol. But that is not enough of a negative to keep me from buying another pair.

Very bad sandals. Loose fit. Don't recommend. The thong strap was too far apart from the inner sole. I sustained a fall. Lacerated my knee and created a bruise. Took weeks to heal.

The overall quality is pretty good. However I have a wide foot. Ordered my correct size 7 1/2 and my pinky toes hung off the side so I did what they recommended and got an 8. Too big. Also the description says orthopedic support but the arch support is almost nonexistent. My recommendation would be to make the top more like a barefoot type shoe width and plump up the arch just a smidge. That would make it 5 stars.
