Psyllium Husk 99% - Fibre Support - Pack of 400 gram Powder

Verygood quality product. I have multiple times with them and didn't find such good quality psyllium husk anywhere else.

Its better quality than over the shelf isabgol. good for gut health

They must use it.

I've been using it on regular basis and it has significantly improved my bowel movement, gut bacteria and sleep quality. Drink a glass of water with 1 tbsp at night, and you can feel the positive impact on your health. I'm yet you check on my cholesterol decrease so can't comment on same yet.

Actually my mother used to take it every night before bed It helps her in reducing the constipation. But the product has some sand sort of thing while having it, so the purification process has to be improved in this brand.

I am almost done finishing the whole packet . It goes a long way . I think it’s been over a month of having it . I cannot stop singing praises of the high quality of this product . I mix it in water and drink everyday to lower my cholesterol . There is no mud or taste, and no sugar added and hence it’s very easy to drink . Very high quality . I am very pleased .It has helped me to bring down my cholesterol by 40 points in a few weeks . But I also follow a strict low fat diet.

Quality is good but they didn't include scoop. They wrote on pack that scoop may have settled at bottom during transport. But i emptied whole pack into another container but still didnt find the scoop.

I particularly brought for ibs and recurrent constipation associated with ibs. This works miraculously and now i am free of ibs symptoms anymore and not leaving this product anymore.
