Well if u take a lot of supplements like I do these pill bottles are for u. This way I don’t forget if I took my supplements as first thing in the morning I divide them up for morning, afternoon and evening and that way they get taken. I guess they don’t do u any good unless u consistently take them….teehee

The pockets are very difficult to open and most of them do not close. Pills continue to spill out. Even if you push down hard they do not clasp. DONT BUY

These pill cases are just the right size to fit in your pocket to carry a few pills 💊 . I got them to put extra pills 💊 to carry to work for headache without carrying the whole bottle. The others I use for vitamins. I recommend and would definitely buy again.
