So many uses for these, kitchen plinths, decorative panels, breakfast bar backs and bath panels. Always good to have about as carpenter/kitchen fitter. You can file the catch down to make them easy to remove or leave as is for a sturdy tight fit.

I wanted to use these to join two lengths of plinth as my kitchen units were longer than the longest length kickboard Howdens could supply. Unfortunately for me they just didn't join very well, I experienced the clips popping out of place and not seating correctly. On this occasions they didn't work for me.

Ive actually used these before so know how they work, maybe for someone who hasn’t used them you should add a note showing how they work.
