I won't make any health claims since they aren't measureable and there's really no way to know how much of any of this is truly absorbed by the body and everybody is different. However what I can do is describe the pill itself. It claims to have several very high percentages of essential vitamins which is good. I typically try to keep one multivitamin onhand to make up for diet deficiencies. What I like is the high vitamin B12 content that it clams (though I haven't verified). The pill itself is rather large so that makes it difficult to swallow. It took a few attempts each time but not the worst. The flavor is bland and almost a coffee or bitter taste. It smells roughly the same. None of these are deal breakers though and fairly normal for multivitamins. I did not observe any side effects or health effects.

This is a straightforward supplement. After using it for a while, the results seem comparable to other products in this category that I've tried in the past. The tablets are hard-compressed rather than capsules, which may matter to some people. They go down easily enough with water. There's very little taste unless the tablet sits in your mouth for a while before swallowing. After over a month of use I feel more energy in the morning, especially before my morning coffee, and the blend seems to be effective. The price seems reasonable considering the ingredient list and the reputation of the GNC brand. Packaging was good, and the product arrived as expected. Overall, this appears to be a solid option for anyone already looking for a supplement of this type. No complaints so far.

Got this for my husband and now he can run faster, jump higher, and dance! Kidding, but this does make him feel like he has a bit more energy and he doesn't feel so sluggish in the afternoons anymore. The pills are on the large side, but most supplements are, he can swallow them easily, and there is no weird odor like some of these things can have. Decent price at time of posting, I don't live anywhere near a GNC, so it's helpful to be able to get them online. No odd side effects, he's a bit over halfway through and has requested a refill, so I'll be picking that up for him. This isn't a miracle supplement, you won't have boundless amounts of energy, but you will get a bit more pep. Exactly what he was after, so he's pleased.

I’ve definitely noticed increase in stamina and just a general boost in energy with no side effects. This supplement is designed to help with well being and performance. It contains the male hormone testofen which improves sexual health and l-arginine that is good for vascular health which also helps with sex . Although the pills are a little big to swallow you could cut them in half to make it a little easier . These are a little expensive but if I continue to see results it’s well worth the money .

These caplets have a pleasant, slightly nutty smell that I actually liked. The taste doesn’t quite live up to the aroma, but it’s still mild and easy enough to take. The caplets went down without any issues. As for results, I can’t say I noticed anything. I started taking them during a period when I’d been dealing with low energy for several weeks, so I was hoping for some improvement in stamina or overall feeling less tired. After taking them consistently, I didn’t notice a meaningful change in my energy levels or how I felt day to day.
