Quality of faux leather

Hi Pat, Your question is a good one because fake leather can be indistinguishable from the real thing, or it can be like canvas with a plastic coating. I bought two of these chairs, one for me and one for my wife. We are thrilled with the product. It's the right angle to make my back feel great, and my wife loves hers. I have no reason to mislead you, I bought these about 18 months ago and I still look forward to watching TV from the comfort of this chair.

Why is stitching in advertised photo different from customer photos? Where is this made?

Where is release to open ottoman storage? Customer image of storage. Not just grandchildren that haven't figured out how to open it. Thanks.

I don't have this brand of ottoman, but you just raise the cushion from the side next to the chair on mine.

Does this chair lock in a reclining position or only recline with with body weight?
