would i be able to put rubber "grips" on the base to keep it from sliding on my hardwood floor?

I have hardwood floor. It works perfectly for me. I will recommend this product.

Does it have a non skid base?

Not really, no. The entire unit is a very hard plastic. I'm using mine on carpet, so it doesn't skid at all, but I couldn't be sure about a hardwood floor.

What is the warranty on this item? I purchased it last March (2021), but the base has already broken and metal pin is out of place.

We offer a one-year warranty on this product. Any other questions, please feel free to contact us via message or: support@huanuoav.com

Do the beads roll individually (so you can massge both feet in different directions) or do they roll as one bar?

Hello! The beads roll together on their own separate bars. They do not roll individually or in different directions.
