Is this only for Flower stage, or can I use this in the vegetative stage as well?

I would use it only for the flower stage personally. You can either use it as a tea or to top dress in about the 2nd or 3rd week of flower. Good luck I hope this helps.

I use coco coir amended with Dr. Earth organic fertilizer. Will the product work optimally in my situation?

That will work.... synthetic products will kill all the good stuff in it though
