So I ordered this product in April 2022 It is now August 2022 and I'm typing this review. For clarification I am full black with 4C hair. I primarily wear my hair curly. However in January 2022 I cut bangs and in February 2022 I trimmed my hair into a short bob haircut. I took this supplement on & off again multiple times the past few months while protective styling my hair. Out of curiosity this month I decided to blow dry my hair until it's as straight as possible with a blow dryer and to my surprise my hair was now past my shoulders. As I stated before, I primarily wear my hair curly and in February I straightened and cut it so that it was bob. length and this was an absolutely beautiful surprise for me. I highly recommend that you incorporate this into your hair routine. It seemed like before my hair would get stuck right above my shoulders and now it's past that. This supplement coupled with protective styling and a good hair routine has my hair reaching new lengths and I'm super super proud! If you tried everything I definitely recommend giving this a try it's all natural and so much more beneficial to just your hair. It contains vitamins like magnesium and B-12 and it's really worth it. If you take this consistently and couple it with a good hair routine you won't be sorry. I haven't even been taking it as recommended on the bottle and I've seen some great results. It's definitely worth the price. I love it so much I'm gonna place it on monthly auto order if I can.

I am quite impressed with the Beautiful Bamboo supplements (I also bought the corresponding tea too and will do a review)... Over the last couple of years, my hair has been thinning a lot (due to stress mostly) and I feel that these supplements do make a difference...my hair is a bit easier to style...it seems like it's growing more and it looks thicker...I started taking the supplements on April 11th and it's now May 9th and this morning I just picked up my 2nd order with this company because I didn't want to be without them...I've tried a lot of hair, skin and nail supplements but I feel like the Beautifully Bamboo brand is truly making a difference...by the way, I am not growing hair in weird places like somebody else mentioned...lol Also, as mentioned in another review, it's sure a nice surprise to get a hand written note on your invoice thanking you for your purchase...as I mentioned, I wanted to continue using these supplements so I ordered a couple more months so as not to interrupt my Bamboo regiment and to my shock on the receipt, they acknowledged that fact that I am a repeat customer...small things like that show you that their company cares... I supplement these pills with the Bamboo Tea...granted I don't take the tea every day but I do feel like they are good to pair together...please don't stop making these supplements! I've seen some pretty expensive stuff on the market and was almost tempted to try other things but I decided to try these because they were more affordable and the reviews seemed really good...don't hesitate, try them!

I have reordered this product twice and really like it. I've definitely noticed my hair growing a little quicker and my nails are definitely stronger and not as brittle as they used to be. Also, I've gotten my hair cut and later colored by two different stylists and they both mentioned how smooth my hair is. I have naturally curly/wavy hair that I straighten pretty much daily and I don't think the texture has too much. If anything, it's just a little bit more relaxed. Only negative about this product is that it's not available for Prime shipping. Regardless, I will keep ordering it!

I have been drinking this tea and taking the beautifully bamboo hair skin and nail vitamins for approximately three weeks now. I use one tea bag to make a 32oz. cup in the mornings and I take the beautifully bamboo hair, skin and nails at night. I flavor my tea with organic honey and raw sugar. I have noticed a change in my skin and my hair. My skin is glows. It looks airbrushed. I'm loving it. I have noticed a difference in the feel of my hair. I use a light leave-in conditioner on my hair daily. My hair used to feel super soft, very light to the touch. My hair now feels more resilient. I still have body and bounce, but it's different. I'm not sure about how much I can attribute this product to my growth rate I was already two months into my texturized stretch before I started these products. I just texturized my hair on Oct. 30th, and I place another order for this tea and vitamins. So I'm going to see if this actually assists my growth rate or not. Either way, I will continue to take both because I love the energy, the taste and all of the skin benefits that I get from this product. This 30 day challenge was the start of a new routine for me. I love it.

I really do like this product. I just placed an order for two more bottles( Free shipping made it a lot easier) Im really excited that I found this product by accident. I would drink Bamboo leaf tea before I got these vitamins as part of the 30 Challenge and sometimes it was too much of a hassle, so to have bamboo leaf extract as a part of this vitamin is extremely convenient! I am going to review these vitamins on youtube soon after i finish my 1 month supply and start the second bottle since these vitamins are extremely new on the market and I want to be completely accurate when doing a video review! This is a really good investment because I have already noticed growth and a difference in my hair health as well as my nails. I havent experienced any breakouts because of these vitamins either which is a plus since I know that some hair vitamins make people break out. will continue to purchase! already have a 3 month supply! Only reason I am giving this product a 4/5 is because Im not too sure of the doasge amounts for the greentea and etc and what the equivalents are . This Is an update and I'm almost on my third bottle! Love this. Will update with a before and after photo . This is a month after I got a trim and it has grown back plus more !!

I took these with biotin..when I cut my nails they grew back within 2 weeks..my hair does shed less and I think it's a little thicker..but I wanted it to grow in length more because my hair I already pretty thick..going to try a different brand for now

I only used these pills straight for 14 days and the results were AMAZING. I did notice my hair longer and def thicker within those 2 weeks. (I pulled out one strand of my hair and it was significantly thicker at the root than it was at the end and the root was about 1/4 inch long!) I stopped using these pills though bc they gave me a headache. The concentrated amount of vitamins need to be complimented with a healthy diet, active lifestyle and hair care routine. At the time, I had neither so I stopped taking them until I found time to do it right. I am now about to start taking these again, and will def be buying more when I run out. Oh and I also appreciate the small personal mesage that came with my package. Thanks alot guys. Awesome product. I'm on my second bottle and the thing that has suprised me the most so far is that I have not had one pimple while on these pills and I have tried everything from Hairfinity & Toji to Manetabolism and always get cystic pimples (I can not take Biotin by itself either in any dosage). This and Manetabolism have both sped up my growth and made my new growth so much healthier looking. Beautifully Bamboo is my official go to because it seems to help clear my skin a little instead of breaking it out and the price is awesome. After this 30 day supply is up I will be purchasing a year's supply. Edited: 4/13/16 I took two bottles and stopped. While I loved that I had absolutely no side effects from these pills after the first few weeks I got no additional growth or thickness either. And my skin is still better so the supposed benefit to my skin was probably just me stopping the Manetabolism and not these pills. So while it may be good for someone else, it's not for me
