Love the quality of this product however, it did not operate properly in the wash basin waste (would not pop up) and we had to modify it which makes it stand a little higher than I would like.

Is exactly what it should be…..an exact replacement for an old stopper.

Expensive for a bath plug
As the old plug had broken,,,,well it did last over 15 years, I had the choice of paying a plumber to fit a new waste trap and plug or buy a new stopper at the extortionate price of £15.00. Buying the plug was still more cost effectiveIt was a no brainer, the plug arrived promptly and clocked in place in a matter of seconds.
