I AM USING IT TO MAKE AQUATIC PLANT FERTILIZER FOR MY PLANTED AQUARIUM. IT WORKS AS A PRESERVATIVE FOR MY MACRO FERTILIZER. HAVE NOT FOUND ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PRESERVATIVE EFFECT OF IT. I DO NOT HAVE THE APPARATUS TO STATE ABOUT THE PURITY OF THE CHEMICAL. SATISFIED FOR WHAT I BROUGHT IT.
