Is it possible to use this with an electric wheelchair? The chair does have 12-volt battery power.

I would imagine so, but you would need to get a horn button and wire with the relay. Anyone familiar with auto electric shouldn't have a problem. Loud enough to bounce you out of the chair. good luck

Yes, you will need to purchase another horn from a different manufacture because they dont work and you will have wasted your time installing a broken horn right out of the box.
