Love this new type of dryer. Has four speeds and a very good diffuser if you have wavy hair.

Original dryer was awesome but the casing was cracked. It didn’t affect the dryer, it was awesome but within a few weeks that crack got pretty big so I returned it and asked for a replacement. I just received the replacement and it is a piece of junk! It’s plastic instead of metal none of the buttons work, it barely blows. There’s no digital reading no auto adjust controls no magnetic diffuser! Even the box it came in shows the picture of the dryer. I purchased initially, but that’s not what was in the box.Unfortunately, they shipped my new one and told me I had to return the old one by today. I sent the old one back and came home to the “new “one on my front porch now I’m without a hairdryer and I hate to even send this piece of crap back, because I’m sure they’re gonna try to sell it to somebody else! Now, of course, I have to go to all the trouble to send this back. If I wanna refund what I’d really like is the dryer that I purchased in good working order but I guess that’s not gonna happen as my only option was to refund my account.

Even on the hottest setting (210 degrees) it's still not very hot. Air flow is not at the level I was expecting, even on the top level. No diffuser provided in the box even though it's in the description. Very easy to touch the buttons while using the dryer and change settings in mid dry. If your hand covers the vent at the bottom, (which is easy to do trying to avoid the buttons and hold it naturally) it slows the dryer down. This hair dryer does dry my hair but not as fast or as hot as I would like it. I won't buy this type of hair dryer again in the future.
