Is this made on shared equipment with wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, etc?

Genies Dream is NOT made in a certified allergen free facility. The equipment is swabbed and tested onsite as well as sent to an independent lab. However, I always suggest that anyone with allergy concerns err on the side of caution

Can you use this to thicken frosting? Or to maje it more stable and does it include directions for that?

Yes, it is NOT just for royal icing! It even says so on the package: "great for stabilizing whipped cream, crusting buttercream & meringues". I use it to make Italian Meringue Buttercream.

What is the expiration date please?

Hi! It depends on the lot number as we send in a lot to Amazon but the best by date is two years from date of manufacturing and we ship new production runs to them regularly.
