1 TB - Slow and Inconsistent Writes - Not U3
The 1 TB micro SD card's write speeds are incredibly slow and inconsistent. For sequential writes, the speed goes up and down constantly. The lowest write speed it gets is 18 MB/s which does not meet U3's Minimum sequential write speed of 30 MB/s. And the highest write speed it reaches is 67 MB/s. This is why the CrystalDiskMark benchmarks shows a higher speed than it really is. The speed shown is not the sustained write speed. Also, there's a slight delay before it actually starts writing to the card. Read speeds are fast at 90 MB/s though. I don't recommend the 1 TB version.

Unbelievable value for money
The cheapest 1TB micro SD around and it delivers on the promised capacity, providing incredible performance for the price. I've been using this in my Retroid Pocket 4 Pro handheld and it runs even the most demanding games without causing slowdowns. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of these next time I need a micro SD card.Forget about Sandisk and their overpriced cards that fall apart and have compatibility issues with some devices, and Samsung who don't even make 1TB cards yet. If you need a 1TB microSD card then Silicon Power is the only option you should consider.

Bargain MicroSD
The MicroSD card works well and has the memory capacity as advertised. Definitely one of the cheapest and legitimate 1TB microSD card on the market.

Not worth the money
I recently purchased the Silicon Power 1 TB SD card in Oct 2024 hoping to expand my phone's storage for photos, videos, and apps. Unfortunately, this card has been a huge letdown. The performance is far from what I expected, and it has caused more frustration than convenience.First, the card makes my phone freeze frequently. It hangs for several seconds, sometimes even minutes, before it finally catches up. This is incredibly annoying, especially when I'm trying to access files or use apps stored on the card. The lag is unbearable and disrupts the overall user experience.Second, the read/write speeds are painfully slow. Transferring files to and from the card takes forever, and even simple tasks like opening photos or videos stored on the card feel sluggish. For a 1 TB card, I expected better performance, but this one just doesn't deliver. After dealing with these issues, I decided to switch to the Sandisk 1 TB SD card, and the difference is night and day. The Sandisk card is faster, more reliable, and doesn't cause my phone to freeze. It's worth the extra investment for the peace of mind and better performance. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Silicon Power 1 TB SD card. Itโs slow, unreliable, and causes unnecessary headaches. Save yourself the trouble and go for a more reputable brand like Sandisk instead.
