Lovely costume!
I got a small and it fit perfectly. I bought a petticoat separately which I think helped with the length but even without it I felt the length was good for me. I am 4’11 and weigh 115 lbs. It was wrinkled quite a bit but I threw it in the washer/dryer and all the wrinkles went away. The material is good quality. I loved it!
