Beautiful & Deadly
I got this mouse in Big Billion sale for 2800. Wasn't sure about the quality and the feedback of the mouse after watching so many reviews. There was a manufacturing defect for this product where the Left and Right click buttons would press against each other. HyperX updated the stocks and fortunately I got the very latest version without the hardware issue (Aug 2018 imported). My first look at the mouse is WOW, it's a piece of art, so beautiful. I am a mid sized guy so this fits perfect in my palm. RGB lightning is too good and the mouse offers a hardware button to cycle through LED effects which is great, I don't like going thru softwares every time. Tried this on macbook no drivers are needed, just plug n play and the LED effects button was also working fine on MacBook. Yet to try playing some FPS games with this mouse. So my final verdict, for 6k it might not be worth there better ones from Logitech and Razer. But at the deal price this is as good as it gets. If you find this under 3500 just buy it without any second thoughts. The only con, tactile buttons at thumb slot are placed at the left side centre, I prefer those in the side front part which would be easier for faster clicks. Anyway not at all a problem, I can get used to it.

Loved it. Beautiful Mouse from HyperX
Its an almost perfect mouse from HyperX, its easy to hold and has rubberized sides for those hours of gaming sessions. RGB Lighting on this is so elegant just like its looks, its not too bright nor too dim, it sits right in the sweet spot. It might look like a normal mouse at first glance but once you hold it its a whole new different experience, material used on this mouse is premium and sturdy and will last a very long time. HyperX provides a 2 year warranty with it which is sweet. This mouse glides like butter irrespective of surface, i have a leather mouse pad and its glides on it perfectly. Grab one yourself in a sale if you are concerned about the price, even though its not that expensive compared to other mouse brands with RGB and this level of quality.

only buy when there is a sale, not recommended for small hands, mouse unusable after 1 year
pros- 1-best sensor in market RN pixart 3389 16k dpi 2-RGB (the colour are so relaxing and beautiful) 3-all rounder shape and size (average and large hand) 4- large skates no shattering lag on mouse 5-omron switchs which are easily customizable if the buttons got defect 6- brought it for only 2.8k during GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL (original price 6k) 7- the top is a sofe plastic while the side are rubberised texture for more comfortable grip cons- 1- weight is around 100 gram which is little too much for fps pro or competitive players 2- everytime after i turn OFF the pc and turn ON, the setting (dpi colour side buttons etc) change while logitech dont have this issue 3- been only month and now im facing auto scroll issue my secondary weapon scroll in-game 4-package is damage 5- after one month sensor is very sensitive and can move the crosshair even in mid air.. the weight and big size is starting to irritating.. 6-wheel button having some issue my secondary gun roll out by it self.. 7- right click and left click are now loose after almost 1 year 8- after exactly 1 year the mouse is now useless for gaming the right click not working properly update: rgb light is now fixed.. contact Customer support they said to press scroll button and dip button at same time to reset and it work.. for more information Especially for hand size check roketjumpninja hyperx surge on YT i really recommend to fully read reviews and the shape and size for ur hand.. if all is good then u can buy thats only when there is a sale. i used g102 for 2 years and had to buy again 2 times because of double click issue . after switching from g102 to this hyperX surge mouse.. my little disappointment is size cause its little big for me and hard to grip sometimes but its ok.. if ur hand is small just like mine and want much better mouse than this go for coolermaster mm711. it's cheaper ,lighter , best shape , small size and rgb.

I mean it's a great mouse but the price.......
I really loved the mouse as it has a wide variety of lighting and colour schemes and also it doesn't have too many macro switches which I like about. The surface of the mouse is also smooth and grippy. The Ngenuity software of hyperx is also really cool as you can configure the lighting patterns of the mouse according to your own playstyle but the only thing that I didn't like was it's price. I mean they could have lowered it a bit as it doesn't have soo many macro switches because at the same price point, one can get themselves a great professional gaming mouse within the same price range. That's my only complaint about the product.

Read till end about this quality mouse and comparison with G402
The 3360+ sensor is the best in the world, very handy for mid-large size hands (I've tried with fingertip and claw grip). Coming from $15 range mice, I could feel the pin point accuracy I got from this premium mouse. That subtle rgb easily makes this the prettiest thing I have. Comparison with the G402: G402's sensor is one tier lower/older gen although the difference isn't apparent and they're both really accurate. But I used g402 for few days before buying surge and didn't like it for my fingertip grip AT ALL. I feel that sensor is a secondary thing and comfort is primary (shape, size and definately weight). HyperX pulsefire (Not pulsefire surge) is similar in shape to g402. It also has the same tier sensor but lighter.

Good precision with awesome RGB
I have been using this mouse for over a month now. It was a new year present :D First off this mouse is great for fps games. Played csgo and It is very precise thanks to pixart 3389 sensor. It took some time to get used to it, but then I just fell in love with it. I had a Logitech g402 (which has a great sensor maybe better than pulsefire surge) before this mouse. It has a simple design with great RGB touch. The left, right buttons and scroll wheel feel very premium. The side buttons however are not so great. You can barely feel clicking them. The mouse cable is braided but nothing too great. Dust sticks to it very quickly. Overall the mouse performance is great and for 2600-3000 it's worth every penny.

Very underrated mouse!
What can I say other than this is a fantastic mouse. I was a little skeptical about it because of the price, but once I tried it out I knew this is underrated and a great value. First, this mouse is beautiful and the clicks are satisfying. The Omron switches definitely help with that. Its fairly lightweight if your looking for a pure fps type mouse. Most mice with this type of sensor are going to cost much more, let alone the beauty of it helps with that value. The braided cable is solid so far and has not been in my way at all. I have large hands and sometimes I really have to be picky. This mouse is just large enough to be comfy without being too small. I enjoy the full grip of a g602, but this one is not as wide with a nice contour to it and I have no issues here. I have been playing games like Deadside and enjoying that sensor immensely. Its a fantastic buy if you can get it for under fifty bucks and at MSRP, its still worth it. I do not use this as a daily driver, I use this as a more situational mouse for fps, but it could double for anything you want. The side buttons have a fantastic feel and the scroll button has a nice feel also. My only real gripe is the software, but since Ngenuity is in beta, this is forgivable as I am a big fan of Kingston and HyperX in general. I have faith that it will improve over time. Ngenuity has not given me any real problems and has been fairly straight forward. For once with HyperX, I feel that the build quality may not hold up forever, but I would love to see this mouse in a lightweight semi-hollow honeycomb frame, then it would have to be up there with some of the best mice available. Keep'em coming HyperX!

Superb mouse to go with my SUPERB Elite keyboard
Last week i managed to snap up the HyperX Alloy Elite RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, for only £62.50 on a day only deal within the black Friday 2 week deals(ruddy bargain!) on Amazon, so i also needed a new mouse so ordered the HyperX Pulsefire Surge RGB Gaming Mouse for £29.99 aswell. Luckily for me the lead from the keyboard just went to the back of where my PC is situated, and even more luckily for me the Elite keyboard comes with a USB pass through so i was able to plug the mouse into that!, with everything working AOK, phew!. I had a play around with the mouse settings that is quit easy to suss out but i wanted to change the colour to match my PC set up colour(anal i know lol). After going to the HyperX site it forced me to download the HyperX NGenuity app from the Web store ?. Anyway i did that but discovered that this app needs to open ALL the time for the chosen settings to work(there is no way for the app to let you save the settings on the mouses memory ?). Anyway part 2 - I then went back to the HyperX site to get the HyperX NGenuity exe program for my Elite keyboard and to my de-lite i noticed i can change all the colours/settings for the mouse in there as well. So i got red of the stupid "app" version and just used the exe one. For the keyboard and mouse i can now set the 3 option types to my liking and they both save the info in its own memory!. As you can see by the 2 pics i have one for showing off the colour wave light show, and the other purple and green to match my PC RGB when looking through the glass side window. Love the button on the top to change the DPI speed right away and also holding the same button plus a click of the wheel or the side buttons to change the saved RGB combo/brightness(after setting them up with NGenuity before of coarse). I am waiting for a big mouse matt but it glides so smooth on the desk top and the pointer on the screen is so precise with the movement(even at the top DPI 3200, amazing) A easy 5 STARS, frikken AWESOME!
