A quality knife that will last a a decade
Taparia utility knife is built like a tank , comes with 3 blades , 1 pre installed in the blade caddy and 2 in the handle , made of diecast zinc alloy , good to cutting plastic, leather, thick cardboard and scrap paper reams , don't compare these with the snap off blade knifes , those knifes have flimsy blades and they snap under load and are good for stripping wires , light work and cardboard , not for thick plastic, Money well spent

Looks good for the time being. Sharp enough to cut through all packaging. One star off for a rattling sound Will update if this ends up failing after a few weeks 😛

Really well made high quality product (as expected from taparia)and that too for a very affordable price The blade changing mechanism is little more difficult as you need a screwdriver and some patience compare to other more pricier options but i am fine with it It comes with 2 spare blades There is no play in the blade and the Handel No rubber grip but it does not slide out of the hand because how it is shaped Only minor thing which does not affect the performance is the branding position it in inside two rectangular groves that are on both the sides of the Handel that serve no purpose and the branding look awful could have been better positioned

Mast hai lolo- A must have for every home
I bought it thinking its hard plastic. However its Metal body and Heavy. Feels premium. Plastic once are available for 50rs onward however this one justfy the 5x price tag. Built to last. And bought Taparia instead of Stanley as this one has spring based retractable control for blade which is more durable. 2 blades are included within the knife body. You can open it and put someting with the blades so that it wont rattle inside while using. I kept some foam around the extra blades. Con-just a bit small sized blades i felt. Else all is good.
