YES - MOST DEFINITELY! I used this Spray, when I refurbished my old vintage chairs & this product worked FABULOUS! STRONG HOLD, QUICK DRY, NO BLEED & PROJECT STAYS 'COMPLETE'! Just an FYI: Have a WET Washcloth at Hand - to Help lay down your fabric, otherwise the adhesive sticks to your hands & can get alittle tricky to use.
