Absolutely recommend for anyone trying to gain weight! I chose this after a lot of researching and was questioning whether the price was worth it or not, but found great satisfaction with it!! It not only tastes awesome but I gained 5 pounds within 6 days 💪🏼…just one protein shake a day! I’ve struggled to gain weigh and have been trying everything, except this! 😉

Tastes really good, mixes well. Had the chocolate before but was nervous about the “custard” part and some proteins vanillas just taste odd but this is very rich and creamy.

The best tasting protein shake! Not only is this easy to get down without gagging but it goes right to the targeted areas after a workout, I used for a week along with targeted exercise an gained 5lbs! I drink 2 full cups a day, in the morning and before bed.

Serving size of what you’re buying is 14, not 28 as pictured. Otherwise, its good stuff.

Just started with this product, altho I am a long time fan of On Whey Platinum. First I did due-diligence by reading feedback from REAL body builders - addressing such concerns as "Which is the #1 Weight Gainer & why isn't THIS #1?" My 1st concern was that the product be capable of adding MUSCLE (when combined with proper workouts, lifestyle & food) (the goes-without-saying-but-saying-it ---> don't be the equivalent of lard + sugar + impossibly fake additives) My 2nd concern was TASTE. If I hated the taste, the hate would never get better-just worse. Adding a strong instruction from an MD, I make my shakes with lots of fresh pineapple (blender needed). It enhances healing in an amazing way & I am told it is used in South America even in hospitals. Look it up-being careful that sources are scientific. Simplistic review - muscle building is a process of "breaking down" & in response, building up - so,HEALING. So far, I am only able to comment on TASTE.(Vanilla Custard) Wow! Waaaay better than expected! I mix with aforementioned fresh pineapple & Almond milk (50% more calcium than cow milk & probably better all around) For men over 40 - go look up the prostate studies re: dairy products & PC association. Make sure always that your source is good scientific research. Then you might opt to mix this Gainer with Almond milk also. Yeah & fresh pineapple!

This is probably one of the best protein mass gainers I have used. And by best I mean it tastes good and blends completely (I can't drink chunks). It doesn't have as many calories as others but I can just add a shake throughout the day to make up. That being said, it is expensive as all suppliments are. Because the flavors all taste good (The chocolate is almost too sweet though) I usually wait until one goes on sale. By doing that I get a 10 pounds bag for half the price or get two 5 pounds for the same price. So if you shop smart, it's worth every penny!

Mixes very well (better than ON protein products) and has a very high protein to carb ratios plus tons of essential vitamins and minerals. Taste is quite good (Vanilla Custard) though nothing to rave about. Please note that the total calorie content per dosage is not the highest. It suits me fine, since at 640 calories it is just right to push a normal to slightly lower than maintenance diet into the bulking diet territory (so no complex re-computations needed) and has the right ratio of proteins, fats and carbs not to require re-computation of the rest of the diet. However, if you have very high caloric needs (if you are already a big guy and are struggling with diet targets of 3500+ calories or you are a true ectomorph), this may be an expensive proposition as you may need more than one scoop. At 14-17 scoops per package (depending on how high you heap your scoop) at almost 5K, this is very costly. If high protein content is not a requirment (or if you wish to further supplement with a protein powder) this is not the most cost effective way to gain mass. For pure quality and for medium size people with normal metabolism or slight ectomorphic characteristic, this is a great choice if price is not a consideration.
