Does anyone else find the bowl lid doesn’t stay clicked on?

The bowl lid does not click on! Very annoying. I emailed the service department....will see what I hear :)

Measuring cups? my popper came with two small cups - i assume for oil and corn, but nothing in the booklet.

My kit did not include extra measuring cups. But if we have the same size, just over 3/4 cup of good popcorn + 2 tblspoon oil will yield a full popper. I love mine.

Missing black cap. anyone how to reach this company and/or get another one? otherwise, i have to return to amazon.

I don’t even use the black cap. The clear lid is kind of flimsy. I pour the popcorn in a large plastic salad bowl. I’m careful even when washing it. Another buyers question I answered burned the lid. I’m guessing they didn’t notice the lid wasn’t properly placed on the burner, almost happened to me. They’re trying to find where to buy a new lid. I don’t have a clue where to get one.
