Great scooter. Fast and durable
Great scooter, fast, durable. I'm 210lb and easily go 22-24mph on flat ground with 28 max downhill. Battery life is pretty good, about 26 miles per charge. Slows down a bit when battery gets low but not significant. Worth the price for sure.

Nice scooter!
I really enjoy this scooter! It has 3 gears. 1st gear goes up to about 15 MPH. 2nd gear goes up to about 27 MPH. 3rd gear goes up to..well, I haven't been there yet. The only real problem that I see is that the accelerator is a handle that is above the brake handle which makes it nearly impossible to pull the brake handle below it. But the other brake handle works and is for the back wheel which is better.

The scooter and customer service are awesome!
5 stars for a fun and well built scooter, 6 stars for customers service! The scooter is easy to assemble and adjust to customize to your size. Its a blast to ride! My kids and I love riding it! It is quick too! I am a rather large guy, and this handles me no problem! It is a smooth ride, and easy to get used to! Customer service is awesome, and I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Sturdy, Fast, and Fun -- Just One Display Quirk to Know About
We purchased the AONIU M4 Electric Scooter for our 15 year old and it has been a genuinely enjoyable addition. From the build quality to the ride experience, this scooter delivers in most of the areas that matter for a teenager who wants something fast and reliable for regular use. The first thing worth noting is how heavy duty and sturdy this scooter feels. It does not have the flimsy, lightweight feel of entry level scooters that wobble under any real weight or speed. This one feels built to handle consistent use without concern about it breaking down quickly. The traction has been impressive as well, giving a confident and stable ride across different surfaces without feeling like the wheels are going to slip out from under you. The seat is a feature we did not realize we would appreciate as much as we do. For shorter trips it is easy enough to stand, but having the seat available for longer rides makes a real difference in comfort. It transforms the scooter from a quick errand tool into something you can actually enjoy for an extended outing without fatigue setting in. The speed range lives up to what is advertised and the long range battery has held up well for longer rides without needing a recharge mid-trip. The one downside worth mentioning, and the reason this is a four star review rather than five, is that the display only shows speed in kilometers per hour with no apparent way to switch it to miles per hour. For riders in the United States who are used to mph as their default reference, this creates a small but consistent inconvenience. It is not a dealbreaker, but it is something worth knowing before you buy, especially if you are purchasing this for a younger rider who may find the conversion confusing in the moment. Pros: Heavy duty and sturdy construction built for consistent use Great traction across different riding surfaces Seat included, which adds significant comfort on longer rides Impressive speed range that matches advertised performance Long battery range holds up well for extended trips A great option for teenage riders looking for a reliable fast scooter Cons: Speed display only shows kilometers per hour with no visible option to switch to miles per hour Heavier build may make transport or storage more challenging compared to lighter models Bottom Line: The AONIU M4 is a well-built, fun, and capable electric scooter that has been a hit with our teenager. The sturdy frame, solid traction, and included seat make it stand out from lighter and less capable alternatives in this category. The only frustration we have run into is the lack of a miles per hour display option, which is a small but notable inconvenience for riders in the US. If you can work around that or do not mind the conversion, this scooter is well worth considering.

Do Not Buy This Scooter
Trust me, save your money and time. We opted to spend more money on this scooter for our son because of the manufacturer "warranty" and supposed higher quality, but it has been nothing but a disaster. First, the scooter comes with the seat attached - we thought no problem, we'll just follow the instructions and remove the seat. It was bolted so tight on the scooter that we had to cut the screws off just to remove the seat. Not to mention there is something weird about their screws. Some are off a little bit on their size and can't be removed with any standard tool set. This is important to note because if you ever need to do a minor repair or adjustment good luck getting the parts off. Within just a few short weeks the plastic rear fender was cracking under the pressure of the screws. They were screwed in so tight, the fender eventually snapped off and pulled the rear tail wiring off with it. Just like that, the scooter stopped working. We thought to ourselves no big deal, we'll just reach out to the company and ask for a replacement part. Because they are overseas it took nearly 3 weeks for us to get the part. Once the part arrived we couldn't get most of the screws off, so we had to get the screws removed. With the screws removed i took the underside casing off to plug in the tail light wiring. Since they sent absolutely no instructions with how to replace the part I thought it would be self explanatory - nope. See the attached picture of what it looks like inside. After going back and forth with them for days they walked me through how to rewire this thing into the system. Did it work? Not a chance. They are now sending me a different part to re-wire into the scooter. Add another 3 weeks on to the repair timeline. Do you think that will fix it -- not chance my guy. We have a $400 piece of junk sitting in our entryway that is barely 90 days old and there is zero chance it will ever work again. Apparently "warranty" to this company means -- we will jerk you around and you will get tired of dealing with our nonsense and go away. Save yourself time, money and sanity by buying something cheaper with a real warranty. I should have listened to my gut, other reviewers had the same issues.

“beware of hills” otherwise awesome!
Great on flat areas but you better gain speed on a hill because it won’t go up really any incline, you will be walking up a hill if your 200 pounds, otherwise it’s rather powerful with 3 “gears” I rode it all over around 2 small lakes fishing probably around 6 miles and it did fine battery was barely depleted, very easy to ride, did pretty good on the dirt roads, pretty rough on any washboard though, well priced, and functions properly in all aspects

Great product
Absolutely great purchase. Very durable and fast. Not sure about the seat design..seems a little difficult to take on and off but we just use it without the seat. Recommend purchase.

First electric scooter
Good purchase overall. I'm a big fella 290 lbs and it carries me just fine. Struggles with bigger hills but does make it up. I get around 10 miles max on flat ground. Tires are soft off road tires and wore out in a month but there are plenty upgrade replacement available. Good transportation for a close job
