I use this Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten in Skyline Sunset with powder foundation, and it gives my cheeks a soft, natural glow. The pigmentation is excellent — easy to build without looking heavy — and the marbleized formula blends beautifully. The color is flattering for everyday wear and gives a subtle, fresh look that lasts. A high-quality, versatile blush for any makeup routine.

I absolutely love this blush but want to caution people that the online swatches are not accurate to the true color, which makes purchasing tricky. I ordered the shade Sunswept because the marbling and online swatch makes it look like a perfect bronzy pink color (like I've gotten some sun). When I opened it up, it looks absolutely gorgeous in the pan, but I swatched it on my hand and it looked straight up orange. I decided to give it a try anyway, and while it's much more orange than I wold prefer, it actually translates to almost a bronzer shade. On my skin, it looks closer to the product picture for Beachy Horizon. I asked my mom if she thought it looked too orange on me and she said no, that it just looks more natural than a pinker blush would. Since that was kinda what I was going for in the first place, I decided to keep it. For reference, I have light skin with neutral undertones. The formula itself is stunning. It is blurring and, for me, doubles as a blush and highlighter (and, in this shade, also a bronzer). I use it both on my cheeks and around the edges of my forehead where I would put bronzer. It is quite "glowy" so if you're looking for something very natural, you probably won't love this. I will likely take my chances on ordering more shades but might try to look for it in a store somewhere so I can see the shades in person.

I used to use only Milani baked blush in Petal Primavera which was a soft pink and perfect for me. Then Milani completely “updated” its line of baked blush which meant colors had changed and there were far fewer colors available. And, Petal Primavera had been eliminated. So I tried Laura Geller’s Pink Buttercream which was closest in color tone to what I had been using, but with much more and deeper pigment. And oh, my goodness, was the color strong! I now take very seriously those who say to use a light touch. I don’t even brush it on the way I do with other brands. Instead, I merely take the brush and pat my skin with it and then smooth the edges with another clean brush. That way the color is lovely and I don’t look like Bette Davis in “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?” By the way, the Laura Geller version is almost twice as expensive as Milani’s.

I had hesitated to try this product because I had always worn a liquid foundation. But I'm very glad I did! The coverage is very light, but the end result is really good! I was having trouble finding makeup foundations that had a pink undertone. Most every brand has really yellow undertones and what I have tried, including the makeup line I've used for close to 50 years, made my skin look very splotchy. So I decided to try it and I like the way it feels on my skin - pretty much like not having anything on my face at all. And it doesn't settle in the wrinkles of my face. Plus, it's easy to apply and remove. Good find!

The best blush ever. Goes on smooth, looks natural and Dewey. It takes so little the container lasts a very long time. Laura Geller is a winner.

I am new to this brand of blush. I have heard that Laura Gellers makeup line works great on women over 50. So I thought I would try it. So glad I did you only need a little on your brush to get the perfect color on your cheeks. I also tried the baked and brightens foundation. It covers well and there’s no heavy feeling like liquid foundations. A good value as well.

Sunswept baked blush is a bronze color. I bought this in hopes it would be a good replacement for the Down to Earth color that I love and is no longer available, but Sunswept is too brown. I have olive skin (Mediterranean descent) and need more of a plum color for blush to look natural; this bronze color is too brown for me. So, I wasted $20+. In the past I had also used their Raspberry baked blush color when I'm tan, but that product is also discontinued. Laura Geller has nice blushers and possibly other nice products (I have only used their blush), but what will be their fatal flaw is they frequently discontinue items you've come to rely on and there is no communication on which product is a suitable replacement. Maybe their strategy is to get you to frantically try other products in an attempt to find the 'right' replacement for the frequently discontinued products and increase revenue, but there will be no repeat purchases and eventually this strategy will fail.
