Was expecting more from a book that got such fantastic reviews, but apart from the first half, the book reslly wasn't much of a revelation.I think Coaching for Performance (Sir John Whitmore) is way more powerful.

They charge like (original) but deliver such bad quality book in terms of print and page quality! Shame on seller!

Pathetic quality
Bad quality paper and printing. Ordered for replacement and got the same bad quality book as replacement as well. Really pathetic.
