Zero sugar
Zero sugar, guarantees that this is not a sweet cookie. However, it is a very clean taste and the cookies are not soft and soggy, nor are the overly crunchy. All in all it is a very good cookie when you consider that it is Sugarless.

Please read the ingredients first if you are sugar patients
Sorry for the big review but I am sharing my experience if it can help someone. I bought this for my parents since both are sugar patients so I thought sugar-free cookies would be good for them. But my mother stated feeling numbness in her fingers, mouth, and tongue. And gradually it kept increasing more and more. Then I observed what had changed in her diet but could not figure it out. One day I was placing an order for a sugar cake at “House of Cupcakes” and the lady mentioned sugar sugar-free is only good for diabetic patients and that others should avoid it. After this discussion it reminded me that I ordered a sugar-free -oatmeal cookie Then I checked the ingredients and freaked out because It contains erythritol, which is not good. I Googled its side effects and My mother's symptoms were similar to Google results. I asked her to stop to consume immediately. She has hypertension and sugar issues so I wouldn’t recommend anyone who has similar health issues.

Stale old cookies
These packages you sent me. The cookies were all soft and not crispy like they normally are. I like them crispy like the ones in store are. I think you sent me outdated ones. Not happy

The only down fall was two of my cookie packages were crumbled.

I thought the price was for 3 packages, but I only got one. Otherwise the taste of the cookie itself is decent.

Its sugarfree so you have to consider taste with no sugar
For sugarfree they really arent bad, but kind of like cardboard but they do taste like an oatmeal cookie. Trying to find flavorful sugarfree is challenging in all aspects of food. I bought 4 packs with 3 diabetics they went fast so as for taste its a thumbs up.
