Brilliant for those who don't like the in-ear design of buds
The T20 tonal earphones have a similar case to the T21. The blue colour is beautiful. These earphones are one-size-fits-all so you don’t have to worry about finding the right sized eartips. They feel solid in the hand. They are shaped individually for ergonomic fit into each ear. The bass response on these is pretty good. Tozo have clearly tuned these to be bass heavy to compensate for the semi-open design. Unfortunately, this makes then sound muddy. The one-size approach means some people will find they fall out of your ears. I don’t mind this so much as you benefit from the openness. There is no occulation issue here and these are great for people who don’t like the sensation of being closed off with in-ear type earbuds. With this style that has the stem, any adjustment you try to make of the buds means you will end up tapping on the touch sensitive earbud and pause your music. I normally adjust both earbuds one at a time so I end up pausing my music when adjusting the right ear and resuming it again when adjusting the left. I do not have this issue with other non-stem style earbuds. The good news is that when using the Tozo app you can chose what the touch controls do. You can even switch them off completely if this bothers you. Considering that these do not go into your ear canal, they do not occulate and cause fatigue they offer a punchy sound. You can achieve better sound by using the EQ in the app. They offer wireless charging, USB-C charging and look very elegant with the OLED display. Tozo's products have matured signifcantly. They now have a deign language across their product range and that makes switching between products a seamless breeze

Good headphones, EXCELLENT value for money.
DISCLAIMER I would like to begin by explaining that I have recieved this item in exchange for a review. I promise to give a fair, honest and independent review. I have purchased items from TOZO before and had dealings with their customer service team. All handled satisfactorily, I'd be happy to purchase from them again. SOUND Having tested these earbuds for approximately a week I can say that they produce an impressive sound very deep and round bass, along with a nice rich treble. I personally feel the claim of 20Hz -20kHz is conservative, as I can get much deeper and rounded bass with these than my higher end headphones with a similar frequency range. The earbud caps are very effective at blocking out external sounds. I was oblivious to my surroundings. Great if you're at home/office/passenger in a train/plane/car, enjoying some music/video, but I'd be concerned about using them in the streets as I dont feel I'd be aware of dangers (traffic etc.). Apparently this could be overcome with TOZO's NC9 earbuds. (More notes in summary) COMFORT On first receiving them I was concerned how they may (or may not) stay in my ear. The potential for them to wiggle as the touchpanel end 'looked' large and potentially heavy. I needn't have worried, they hold in really well. On the first day it felt awkward, and there was some initial discomfort after half an hour. On the second day I could wear them for longer and the discomfort was substantially less. Now I rather enjoy wearing them. Its worth noting that these earbuds come with separate (brief) instructions on wearing them. This will come in handy if you want to make the most of them (and potentially falling out). I feel this will be common with other earbuds. CHARGING CASE The case feels solidly built, and fits comfortably and discreetly in your pocket. The case has an LED to show it is charging and charge level. Once the case is charged it has the ability to 'top-up' the earbuds. The earbuds magnetically fit into the case left to left and right to right. This cannot be crossed, handy as the 'L' and 'R' on my buds have started to fade. TOUCHPANEL This is a GREAT feature (though when inserting and removing from my ears it can be annoying due to inadvertent feature selection). The feature IS great though as you have full control without pesky wires. This feature enables you to * Pause/ Play * Accept calls * End/ Reject calls * Skip to previous and next tracks * Increase /decrease volume * Activate voice assistant SUMMARY These earphones provide EXCELLENT sound for the price. I experienced some initial discomfort but this passed very quickly. The touchpanel for me was a mixed bag. Whilst wearing them I really enjoyed it. It was only whilst removing or holding the buds this feature became annoying. Not a problem if you put them in the case. Overall. If not having recieved this for a review. Would I buy it? On paper Maybe. But having tested them, WITHOUT A DOUBT- DEFINITELY!! The change of heart comes as although no mention is given to the microphone capability. It DOES HAVE ONE and works really well on calls, with very good clarity.

Very good quality
These are very good. Battery charge lasts a while, even when they've not been used for ages. Sound quality is very good. Just a little bit annoying when they slip out of your earhole, as this will make one of the buds turn off.

Tozo - rock. Surprisingly good and excellent value for money
Yesterday we unboxed the Tozo T12 and after a bit of faffing about with pairing them - which was easy, just lift them out and they enter auto-pair mode. I then tuned them and got used to making sure I had a snug ear fit - you just twist and push the L and R bud until they sit flush with your ear. It's really important to get the right cups - there are several ear cups you can use. Once snug and paired, I tried them out on my phone and then iPad. The sound quality is awesome. The bass is firm and soft; the mid-range and treble are tight. At first, they sounded tinny, but then I switched to the iPad, away from my Android phone and the sound quality just blew me away. I have a pair of Beats Studio and they are up there with them. See:https://tinyurl.com/Tozo-T12 for an indepth review. In short, you must make sure you get a good ear fit. If you are new to buds and have cans, you need to take your time finding the right ear fit. If you don't you will be disappointed, as any gaps affect the audio experience and ANC. So, persevere and spend time adjusting to this new technology. Find a good set of tracks to test them out. I used Get Lucky - Daft Punk as one of the tracks for testing bass, mid and treble, as this track has a good blend of all three. At 2:44 into the track you can hear how good the mid and treble is and then 3:04 the bass kicks back in. 3:30 you can really hear all the different instruments and voice-synth and can hear the voice overlays. Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers, you guys’ rock - that is one masterful track. Also use Empire of The Sun, Walking On A Dream as a good test track - The album is simply one of the best audio quality test beds I've heard, as the guys used a lot of tape (analogue) in the Sydney recording studio. Also, check-out: the Album Pnau, by Pnau, particularly the track "with you forever" which has Luke Steel singing & is the whole basis for Empire of the Sun. You can see how the band evolved and how these tracks got built-up. Pnau - great album! As far as the touch controls. They work, but you have to be patient. I have big fat fingers, so it took me awhile to get the right touch. The ANC is staggeringly good. I put something in the microwave whilst also toasting a bun and could not hear anything, but me closing the microwave door! So that bodes well for noisy airplane flights and screaming kids, bless-em. Ah, peace at last.

If you like reasonable bass there are better options
I purchased these as a backup to my Tozo 02's as I wear them for very long periods and when the 02's go flat I can just switch over to a fully charged pair whilst waiting for the others to charge. This however has lead me to notice a very distinct difference between the two with the Tozo OpenWear's coming off the worse of the two. The 02's have a very nice rounded out sound with pretty good bass for this style of earphone whilst the OpenWear's are not as good. They are not bad but if you like some decent bass (not talking thumping bass here) then get the 02's. As is always the case, this is just my experience.

Great features and sound at an affordable price
This is the second pair of Tozo headphones I have after reviewing the T6 previously. I’ll talk about each areas I find useful to know. Sound quality: they give a good clear rich sound, initially I thought they sounded a bit tinny and high on the treble, but when actually choosing the correct ear ups (and you get a whole lot to choose from) it creates a lovely noise cancelling fit and the music and films sound much richer with a deeper warm bass without being too heavy. Features: the host of features available when listening to music are also sometimes a bit of a pain. The beauty of these is that you can pause, skip forward, backwards, answer/drop calls, volume up and down, all without the need for Siri with different number of taps and touches directly on the ear pieces. This does take a bit of getting used to as initially when ever you adjust or put them in your ears you inadvertently pause, or skip a song but once you get used to this and touch them around the edges the positives outweighs the negatives. Pairing: this is very easy and straight out of the box they are shown up on your phone, one click and they’re paired. Just take them out and put in your ears and they tell you with a voice that they’re paired and which is a primary and which is the secondary ear. Case: the case it well designed and feels nice and solid. It has a great charging indicator with a percentage for the level of the earbuds which is very helpful. Fit: if you like in ear passive noise cancelling headphone they will feel lovely, they have lots of cup options to suit almost all ears. Personally I sometimes find them a bit claustrophobic as they really block out all outside sound and all you can hear is the music and your own heartbeat, but if you want to really focus on the music and regularly use trains or planes then these are a good bet. Battery; I can’t fully comment on the battery lie yet as these are quite new and time will tell, but from the few hours of listening I’ve done they didn’t really drop at all. Time will tell. Waterproof: I haven’t tested this and as with all electronics that claim being waterproof is rather not test it if I don’t need to. But these do claim to be suitable for sweating, swimming above the water showering etc. Overall: great features and sound quality at a reasonable price. If you like the in ear type headphones these are for you.

Amazing quality for the price
These TOZO earbuds are very good for such a low cost. They have a really sleek and cool design, and I love that the case has a display showing you how much charge is available in it, that's a very useful quality of life feature. The case charges quickly and keeps the buds topped up very efficiently. I find these buds very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the default ear tips fit just fine. There are other tips that come with it but I didn't need them. Bluetooth pairing was quick and easy, and I've had a very reliable connection to them. They have a decent range, I can generally walk 10 or more metres away before the connection starts to deteriorate. There's no noise cancelling here, which typically comes in higher-cost earbuds, however when music is playing, they do a fairly good job of blocking out background noise. Sound quality is surprisingly good for such low cost earbuds, pretty solid and punchy and they manage to have a decent amount of bass too. Very impressed for a low cost set of earbuds. If you're interested in noise cancelling and more high fidelity this won't tick the boxes, but if you want a good all rounder at a bargain price, this is well worth your money.

Great valued, long battery life Bluetooth headphones. Good service.
Music sound quality was good. Noise cancellation works well. Great battery life. Only concern was during a call, the other party could not hear me well (“muffled sound”). I contacted the company, they agreed to quickly replace the headphones.

Beyond my expectations!!
I have some somewhat expensive, great quality earbuds that I use the majority of the time. I needed a backup pair to use occasionally and for when family needs some (to keep their ear wax off mine! Lol). Because of their low price and the decent looking features, I gave these a try. My expectations were not too high but to my surprise, when I first used them, the sound quality was on par with my other earbuds. And the noise cancellation was surprisingly good. Also appreciative of the clear voice quality when on calls. I still prefer the others for my regular personal use, but these are an exceptional second pair!
