Best double feature! Ottoman itself is great! The pull out bed is awesome. Easy to set up, firm bed. We use in our camper for additional sleeping for teenage boys and it works so well.

Love the way the chair is made. Very clever. It converts easily to lounger, bed or ottoman. I ordered it because I retired and while I still need an office for personal stuff, I was able to get rid of a desk, filing cabinet and table and printer stand - making enough room to add this chair, an end table and bookshelf to make a sort of guest room. My best friend from college comes to town a couple of times a year to visit and has to sleep on my couch. I'm a much earlier riser, partly because my cats want to be fed early so we all traipse past him at 4:30 AM. Now we don't have to disturb him. The only problem is that the chair is pretty hard for sleeping. Let's be clear. Not firm. Hard. So I bought a couple of toppers for it, which made it quite comfortable. Actually I used 2 quilts, two thick comforters doubled over and one topper. I just ordered a 3-inch memory foam topper hoping to replace the comforters. We'll see. I asked him if it was as comfortable as the couch. He said no, but that's a pretty high bar. My couch is REALLY comfy. But he slept really well on it and preferred it for the privacy. Even if I end up still having to use the comforters, I'm glad I bought it. It would have been 5 stars if it was softer. Nice as a big, wide chair - comfy to curly up with a couple pillows, a throw and a book. Looks very nice. Seems well made. Wish I had not bought the dark blue because of cat hair, but oh well. Excuse the mess. It's a work in progress.

Great space saver if you have a small bedroom. I bought this for when I have guest stay overnight. Firm in comfort, and ease in assembling.

Convertible ottoman is of superior quality and comfort. I cannot stress enough how functional and comfortable this ottoman is. It can be used as an entertainment/gaming type chair, a comfy bed and is the perfect height for a footstool. The adjustable back is perfect for any reclining position. When not in use, it’s fits nicely in a corner to serve as an accent piece.The customer service has also been excellent; I was pleasantly surprised by their timely responsiveness and understanding. To no fault of the seller, FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. After reporting to FedEx, I contacted the seller, and we mutually agreed to await a response from FeEx. Finally, after days of back and forth with FedEx, the seller felt it would be best to send a replacement product. The replacement ottoman arrived in a timely manner, and I could not be happier with my purchase and their superior customer service. Will definitely buy again from this seller.

The purpose of getting this ottoman sofa bed is for guest coming visit, so they can stay overnight if they want, but it became our own use now. The ottoman is not cheap made, it has some weight, I can't lift it up by myself, but with the steady structure, it allows my kids moving around it. Love the support no matter sitting or sleeping on it, you won't feel shrinking. Even though it's big when it opens become a bed, still no assemble required and perfect fit for our small living room. With nice breathable fabric, it also comes with a cushion/pillow, it's really detail oriented. I personally love it so much, truly appreciated product.

Its a good bed if youre single and need something to sleep on. Its also very convenient that it can adjusted into couch setting. It does end up squeaking in the area you lay the most, and the leg has folded where i sleep several times, which is not fun, but also not dangerous, atleast it hasnt been to me. But yeah just get you a nice comfy sheet to lay on, and you'll be good

I NEVER got this futon bed at all because the FedEx driver left the item at the bottom of my stairs (I live in upstairs apartment in an apartment complex)! The FedEx driver never knocked on my door or rang my doorbell so I never knew it arrived and it was most likely stolen by one of my neighbors!This futon was supposed to be my teenaged daughter's new bed. I had told Ainfox, the seller, via email that I DID NOT want a refund but a replacement bed. Yet they gave me a refund anyway!~>I found out about it via email from both Ainfox and Amazon!I even sent them a screenshot of my front door to my apartment to send to FedEx per Ainfox's request. Thanks to Ainfox's ineptitude and failure to follow simple directions, I had no other choice but to recently order a different futon from another seller here on Amazon (I spent nearly $300 on it). The very same futon that I got for my other other child, my teenaged son. Ainfox simply CAN'T follow simple requests or instructions from a customer! Please DON'T buy this futon from Ainfox!
