Can it be used in the waterline?

I'm not sure of it could be used in water line. I never tried. But I do know that I am allergic to a lot of eye makeup and this eye shadow did not bother me at all.

I don’t color in my whole eyelid, I just streak a tiny line where I want it to be and then I use the smudger on the other end of the stick to blend it and rub it over the desired area. I only have clumping if I put too much on.

What brand is the formula conpareable to?

I have been buying Laura Mercier, it is as good as their brand, does not streak or fade stays on all day

is this stick twist up or does it have to be sharpened?

You just Push it up. No sharpening.Just turn it out about 1-2mm,don't to much or they'll break.

This product including many products that come up under the search name of Gutka Sahib/ Nitmname Sahib, Japji Sahib/ Sukhmani Sahib etc. are prohibited to be sold by any commercial company, considering there is no way the product can be delivered with proper religious/spiritual customs and beliefs held within the Sikh Community in this case. These are not considered ordinary books. There are established proper guidelines for any material like this to be handled. This considered sacrilege of beliefs and spiritual norms held within the Sikh community. Kindly take all these items off your selling list.
