Yes. It is plastic, but has a Phillips screw to adjust. So far, I have not had to adjust. Awesome scissors for the price. Sharp: if I open a plastic wrapper, I just slice through... no need to open and close. The tolerance at the joint is tight, even if plastic.

Will they stick to a magnet strip?

Only if the strip is quite strong; NOT a good idea to do that anyway.

Will these rust if put in the dishwasher?

Mine has been through dozens of dishwasher cycles with no rusting or any other problems

Have you used any of these to cut through turkey bones (for spatchcocking)?

I spatchcock chicken with these just fine, but I am not sure how it would do with turkey. the fulcrum on these is plastic; that's where it tends to break when you're spatchcocking, based on my experience.
