Am super impressed so far. I seem to use it for just about everything. Low heat is a good boil. I haven't needed to go to high heat yet, but feel confident it will sear my chicken for tomorrow very easily. Don't see myself doing rice or anything that needs to sit in low to med-low heat. It cooks 1 lb ground meat + 1 can of beans with liquid, tomato paste and almost an additional cup of water. No spillage and lid worked well. Used turmeric and the cream lid did retain a bit of color but it did is job! Innards were SUPER easy to wipe or carefully rinse. My only complaint is that plug would be more useful on left side for us right handers. When you hold to rinse it out, holding it with right hand to allow water to spill out on left side is awkward.Update... chicken pics.

Funktioniert super! Es wird sehr schnell heiß und es gelingt einfach alles… auch ein Steak ging problemlos da es richtig heiß wird. Röstaromen, Dampfgarer… egal was, es klappt alles …Ich habe es zuhause festester und kommt ins Wohnmobil da es absolut stromsparend ist.

My gosh this pot is a winner. I just got it last week and I'm spoiled already. I tried in for breakfast and couldn't stop staring at this wonder. Then there was a latedinner on for heaven stake. What to cook. I took frozen chicken pieces seasoned aand just lightly fry then the onion and other stuff I thought to throw in there and water don't forget that haahaa then after like maybe half hr to finish cooking this.. Oh dinner was done no defrosting the chicken with onion and root veggies serve with rice on the side . It wad a grand hit. I cannot tell you enough about this great little pot. Awesome journey in such a small time. Ok let see i cook bacon in here is was fast please use the top for splashing of hot grease. Also I was please the pot was ready before I was. You needs to paid attention to the amount of water you use because the pot cook verywell that using less can when you need to can cut you cooking cuz it had less water to evaporate. Oh the size is big enough to cook meal for two like a one pot meal. I cannot say enough bout this pot. Sorry love it.

Love this. Small but useful. Steamed vegetables and boiled potatoes in no time.

this is a great pot! And super quality. I can fry on the bottom , or steam or make a deeper dish. I live in Assisted living with a kitchenette and can only have low wattage pots. One thing to remember is that if you use it on high--300 degrees, it will cut off when at that temperature too long. Then the pot has to cool down before it will heat up again. When I make turkey bacon to go with pancakes have learned to do the bacon, let pot cool, and then do the pancakes. Pay no attention to review about under the lid issue---no such problem. I have had it for a few months and love it. I did buy an extended warrantee as I want to keep using this pot or another one till I can't. I am 89.
