What part of the buckwheat grain is included in the cream of buckwheat (bran, germ, endosperm?)

Box says, "Buckwheat." And from the contents, it appears to be chopped up whole grain. Great cereal BTW. Winter months wouldn't be good without it!

Gluten free and delicious.

Having an autoimmune disease sucks but this gluten free cereal helps me feel grounded and energized. It is the gluten free Wheatina from my youth! Just a suggestion is that is is creamy if you use almond milk or coconut milk. I have tried other non dairy alternatives and I am not a fan.

Great for gluten-free substitute for cream of wheat

For a gluten free family, the Cream of Buckwheat was welcomed. I thought it might be bitter, but it was delicious and a wonderful substitute for Cream of Wheat. We will be keeping it stocked in our pantry now!

Yummy

This is a great tasting cereal and is especially good if you have celiac disease. Make it with almond milk if you have lactose intolerance. A great replacement for any other hot cereal you were using before your diagnosis.

Great way to start the day

I could not find organic cream of buckwheat cereal in the stores near me. It’s a very healthy cereal to have to start the day with so I was so happy to find it on line at a great price. Cooks up fast and I add a little maple syrup on top before eating. Delicious!
