It was the best mop I have ever used but I noticed that for a few years their refill quality is poor . It comes off easily. 1 used for about 2 years when I did my 1st purchase.

It does not work on the cement based floor. It works only on Tiles based floor. Not useful. The price is too high. We can buy many normal mop in that value.

Handle and accessories are good now comparing to old metal parts, which used to get rusted very fast. But replacement of sponge is extremely difficult. No guidance is given for the sponge replacement. Sponge absorbtion quality is very poor- needs frequent replacement

The squeezing mechanism is quite effective — it’s easy to wring out dirty water, and the mop head absorbs well when wet. However, it doesn’t glide smoothly on a dry floor at all. The sponge keeps vibrating and feels rough to move, making it tiring to use on a dry surface. If you leave a bit of moisture in the sponge or lightly wet the floor first, it works much better and moves smoothly. Overall, it’s good for wet mopping but not ideal for dry or semi-dry cleaning.

I had to submit a review for this one. I enjoy keeping my home clean, but lately have not been able to get down on the floor to clean and the spin mop I purchased seemed like extra work filling the bucket, dragging it along and spin spin spin!! Hence, I thought this would be a better option and hurt my back less also because from experience I know sponge mops pick up dirt better. Quality of metal handle, sponge , finish of the product is 100% what you’d expect from a 3M scotch brite product, but though it’s designed keeping in mind that it can be folded and dipped into a small size bucket, which I appreciate, I think much thought didn’t go into the weight and bulkiness of the mop. It is HEAVY, BULKY, CLUMSY and so so hard to pull across the floor!! And it took me a long time to mop one 12X12 foot room and I’m sweating like a pig, and it’s way more exercise for my arms and back than I want, because I’m tired and my back hurts, The mop can be pulled in only one direction or else the foam keeps coming off from its base. No, I do know how to handle a mop, so it isn’t me, it is certainly the mop. Does it clean well? Yes, it does, but there’s too much to be taken care of, rinse and squeeze multiple times because it holds too much water. Pull in direction towards you only, and fixing the handle length is a fight in itself, because the twist mechanism is too tight. Oh, and if you think you want to be kind and hand this to your domestic help, she’ll either ask for a pay hike because of the extra labor, or just run away!! All in all , not happy with it, and my recommendation is that a local Light weight mop with a good quality high density foam would do the job, without taking the wind out of your lungs. And would cost less than 1/4th.

One of worst quality product from 3M and looks like fake product being sold in name of scotchbrite, I have used the same product in the past. The sponge came out within 3 days of use and had use screwdriver to remove the sponge for replacement. The first product that was delivered broke just while removing from the package, you could imagine quality of the product. Overall very bad product not sure if it's same being sold even at other physical store, if this is case I do not recommend this product, it's waste of money. But one thing the first 2 days of usage it cleaned really well when compared other mops !!!
