A great addition to your supplement intake.
I've realised this is great for calming down your nervous system. Everytime I take this supplement at nights I feel very calm and soothed afterwards. I'd recommend. Plus it provides alot of health benefits. Good for hair and skin also. 😊 It has a nutty flavour. I'd suggest taking to with juice or some other beverage to kill the taste.

I can sleep through the night again.
I bought this because an acquaintance of mine told me that pumpkin seed oil helps with the tone of the bladder. I had been getting up every couple of hours to use the restroom through the night, and so I was not getting good sleep. This product has changed all of that! I now sleep, as a minimum, of 4 - 6 hours before I have to use the restroom. Life changing!! The taste does require some getting used to...I chase mine with coffee in the morning, my mom mixes it in her juice....IDK...just mess with it till you figure out what works for you.

Bland, no pumpkin flavor I was expecting
As another person stated, not the quality I was looking for. Another brand from the Austria Styria is MUCH better. This had absolutely no pumpkin flavor, just bland.
