Great pan.
Great pan. I've had this for a couple weeks. Handle stays cool. Eggs and things just slide right out. Spatula that comes with it is sturdy. It's easy to clean.

My third and smallest Vinchef pan-- because these are excellent pans I use all three sizes.
The Vinchef pan is non-stick, scratch resistant, love the glass lid and the silicone spatula that came with it. Highly recommend.

Frying pan replacement
Major improvement over my prior frying pan. Cleanup is a breeze. Really a joy to use. You don't have to worry about burning your fingers taking the cover off.

Excellent purchase
Love, love, love these pans. Even cooking and easy to clean. I now have removed all my pots and pans and they have now been replaced by all Vinchef products.

Best non-stick skillet... EVER!
The ceramic coating allows you to use metal spatulas, etc but best of all it is very durable. I just added the 8 inch skillet to my collection of Vinchef skillets. I've used my other 2 for about a year and they are still absolutely non-stick. Vinchef has their products priced reasonably and I find them to be the best non-sticks I've ever used (even better then the premier brands costing several times the price of a Vinchef. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Highly recommend this brand.

Easy to clean
Best non stick light pan. Looks great also. 9.5 is a great size, not too small, not to big. Great for making omelets etc. Cleans so easy. Cooks evenly.

Food sticks
These pans are not nonstick. I bought these so guests would not damage my stainless steel pans. Sunnyside up eggs stuck to them. Next time, I used butter and the eggs came out perfect. I sprayed a little oil before cooking everything else to avoid sticking. I like the black set and would recommend. Very pretty and sturdy. Just use a little oil.
