This is my second Columbia interchange jacket. My first one lost its waterproofing (I didn't know that required periodical upkeep) but it's otherwise still serves me well for warmth and light rain. This replacement its just as great. I have a size smaller than suggested and it still fits over my wide hips. Removing the inner layer is easy and I love that this keeps me warm in below freezing temperatures and I can remove the inner layer and use it as a light rain jacket in Hawaii. The angled pockets on this one worried me, but they are deep and the pocket flap with one button pressed keeps items safe without having to zip up every time. I prefer the snap buttons for the flap to cover the main zipper on my old jacket to the velcro on this one, but it's not a huge deal.

I have been looking for decades for a good coat to get me through the winter in the south and in the north. I was in Montreal and went into a store that sold Columbia goodS and saw this jacket for over $300 Canadian money. About $280 US dollars. I came home and looked on Amazon and found this wonderful jacket at a terrific price. Was worried about the quality, but after opening it, it is really what I expected and wanted. Plus, there were features that I really didn’t get to see in the store because the coat was hanging too high for me to bring it down. I love that the fur can come off, the interior sheepskin can come out, as well as the warming vest inside, and it becomes a wonderful raincoat. I just hope it holds up to the winter weather. Only cold weather will tell.

This is a beautiful jacket. The green is a nice color. I appreciated the functionality of having the inner jacket that could zip off--use one, use the other or both together to keep warm. They were out of the medium. But since I'm between sizes, I tried the large, but it was too big and had too much room inside. That was too bad... would've kept it if it were my size.

Almost a great fit, but the pockets are so low. They’re on my thighs, way too low to comfortably use. Otherwise it’s reasonably cute on, and feels like it would be warm.

I’ve bought the Columbia Payton Pass interchange jacket before and It still looks as good as new but the zipper broke 😢. So replaced it with this Payton Pass Interchange II and this is definitely an upgrade. Can’t say enough about how lovely the Greenscape color is and the new Omni Heat Infinity lining makes it very warm when both jackets are worn together. Plus the zipper on this one is a little better as well. I have several parkas but this jacket is so comfortable I always want to wear it. Very happy with purchase.

Perfect length and fit. I have no doubt this will last for years. My previous Columbia jacket is over 20 years old So far
