How long does the alarm go off before shutting off

What is this products range?

Very short range for us....30 feet under ideal conditions...more realistic is 15 to 20 feet....that's the downfall...not much range.....best if used indoors, but our event was outdoors and we did not bother to use it...

How are they disabled? Do you unplug them? Or is there a remote?

There is an on/off button on each of the 3 parts.

Is this more for younger kids?(4-8yrs.)

HI; Actually, I'm a middle school science teacher and I borrowed this from my nine year old to illustrate a point in class about the angle of reflection and refraction. I think it's a cool gift for older kids too.

Excellent product

Works well and lines up easily, takes a while to get alignment right but once you’re used to it the time is quick. Great fun for kids. The only down side Is 6 batteries AAA are required which doesn’t come with the product. For what the product is I feel That the price could be better but overall if kids are smiling then that’s all that matters
