This bread keeps my blood sugar spikes to a minimum and I can digest it well. Sprouted grains are the key to the efficacy of this bread. I found out I can buy it locally at Walmart cheaper than Amazon, but if Walmart is out, I'll definitely get it here. The bread was shipped in a large Styrofoam box and the ice was still solid and intact when I opened it. My only complaint is that it arrived late due to the holiday shipping crunch. No one's fault, really.

Why is it $100?

1 star for the outrageous price of shipping. This adds up to about $11 for a single loaf of bread. Absolutely ridiculous.
