Not easy to use. The applicator is of very poor quality, causes pain and doesn’t work. Had to throw away the applicators. The tampon are good for heavy flow.

Lasts 8+ hours, as it claims, it's easy to use and dispose (can be flushed as the tampon itself is of cotton while the packaging is paper with a cardboard applicator).Responding to a kind fellow reviewer:If you've travelled in India, you know that stalls in suburban areas tend to not have toilet paper or even dustbins. That's when you resort to flushing your tampons.Only concern, avoid using with wet hands because the cardboard applicator disintegrates pretty fast.
