TOSHIBA 40" Class V35 Series LED FHD Smart Fire TV, Voice Remote with Alexa, Stream Live TV Without Cable

I bought this TOSHIBA 32-inch Fire TV to replace a broken TV in my elderly parent’s bedroom, and it’s been a really solid choice. The size is exactly what we needed for a small space, big enough for him to comfortably see what’s on screen, but not so large that it overwhelms the room or takes up too much furniture space. The picture quality is crisp and clear for an FHD TV, and for regular day-to-day watching, it does the job nicely without trying to be overly fancy. It doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistles, but it has the features that actually matter, easy access to multiple streaming platforms, wifi connectivity hasn't been an issue, plus the Fire TV interface and Alexa voice remote. The only small downside is that the remote can feel a little laggy at times, but it hasn’t been a big issue and hasn’t affected overall use. The price was excellent and very affordable for what you get. I also loved the convenience of ordering on Amazon and doing local Best Buy pickup, which was perfect because I needed the TV quickly. Overall, it’s a great value and a practical bedroom upgrade.

Perfect and slim Prime TV! Picture color quality is excellent and so is the sound for a smaller size TV. Easy to set up and connect all your apps too. The remote is easy to navigate and speed of use is just right.

This Smart Fire TV has been a great addition to my space. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, and the size is perfect for everyday watching. Setup was quick and simple, and having Fire TV built in makes streaming all my favorite apps effortless. The voice remote with Alexa is a huge plus — it makes searching for shows, adjusting the volume, or switching apps so much easier. Not To Bad For The Price The picture quality is pretty decent for a TV at this low point. The TV itself is pretty light weight, it feels like it's only about 5 pounds. One minor problem; when My PC is connected via a DisplayPort to an HDMI cable, I get random Screen flashing. The initial setup was easy, no need for me to use any instructions.

Toshiba 32” is a great TV for a bedroom. If you have a larger room I think a sound bar would be recommended but it works for my needs. Honestly easiest set up. Twist on the stands and plug in! That’s it. Ok setting up your WiFi and downloading the streaming services but really that’s it. Easy to navigate. Remote is simple and easy to use even in the dark I have not used many of the features except the sleep timer which is great for the tv to turn off at bedtime. No issues with connectivity so this is the perfect TV for a second room

we love the toshiba brand- very good tvs. easy to set up, nice picture and sound. this 32 inch[ model is idea to take on the patio or the garage as we work on projects, we can enjoy our shows.

picked it up at Best Buy through Amazon purchase--they sent me 20 miles from the closest couple--I couldn't figure out how to change stores on Amazon, I prob should of called BB, but they are not the best customer service guys--- the TV itself was a very good price, was easy to set up and will fit in our Travel Trailer just perfect-- it has Amazon Prime TV and when I linked my account it has my apps already to go-- All in all I am very happy with this purchase!

Update: If you like your decisions to be controlled by AI, get a smart Fire TV. If you like that freedom of thinking for yourself don't get a smart Fire TV. It will collect everything you choose to watch and listen to and make decisions for your next viewing habits based on what AI chooses. 2001 a Space Odyssey with HAL is upon us. I did not know how invasive Smart TVs were until I got one. What to do? I have been collecting DVDs and CDs for 35 years...and have 230 DVDs and CDs in my library. My purpose in getting a new TV was to play my DVDs on. My player takes Blue Ray as well as DVDs. For regular TV viewing, I give this Fire TV three stars ! The TV is fine...but for $119 you get what you pay for, and sometimes less, as is this case. A clear warning to all buyers of any smart TV, the ads tell buyers they will get zillions of apps or channels with this TV. However, it is not preprogrammed with these apps. Most of the apps come with high cost subscriptions or long interferring ads while viewing...(It took me 4 hours to watch the movie Oklahoma). There are ways of erasing or deleting these ads but that can't be done on amazon or Disney...so you are stuck with paying the monthly charges or viewing your favorite programs in pieces....I bought a DVD/Blue Ray player...it attaches to the Fire TV and I can play all of my DVDs on the TV, no ads. This TV is a good TV and a good deal for the money. It is 40 inches wide, which is large enough for a small bedroom. I bought the sound bar extra...for my use because I am hard or hearing....the sound from the TV is not adequate for me...might be okay for others. The remotes are small, very small and I have small hands...finding all the right buttons is not easy...I could not find or order a remote with large buttons that coordinated with this Toshiba TV. Look at all the fine print before you buy. Also consider waiting until the next model comes out...prices will go down on this year's models....I needed help setting this TV up....it was not an easy task. However, I'm in assisted living...so take it from there. It did coordinate with our WiFi wi.th no problem. It can do a lot....I have yet to learn what it can do with out extra charges....There is no FREE lunch...
