The seller is unreachable and unreliable there are pieces missing from the product and the shipping is unreliable. I had multiple issues putting this together because some of the holes don't match up with the screws or they don't have any holes at all. When screwing in some boards as the direction state the wood splits and makes me uneasy about the longevity of the frame. Some of the boards cant be tighten until other pieces are put in place. The drawers at the bottom can slide all the way to the back of the bed frame with nothing to stop them. The stair and slide are very narrow so if you have a bigger kid it won't be as comfortable for them. The drawers on the steps the have a magnet to hold them in place don't line up fully and aren't strong enough to secure it safely to were it doesn't slam down. Unless you are comfortable with following blueprints the directions can be difficult to follow because they have 4 or 5 steps in one. Adter 2 weeks i finally got all the pieces that were missing from the original shipment it took me and a friend about a day to put everything together so it is definitely a two person job. I would say im very handy and love putting things together but this was a pain from start to finish and i still think it could be more sturdy knowing this is for kids that like to ruff house sometimes. I would love to get some replacement pieces for the things theylat split or didn't have the proper hole placement just in case they break. The supports for the mattress should be a little more reinforced in my opinion. I wouldn't suggest buying from this seller ever again. I don't know how they have such good ratings but such little information on the shipping product and the seller being unreachable by me or Amazon.
