Great help with my Crohn’s disease.
This product works well with controlling stomach issues. I wouldn’t take it with every meal if you eat three times a day as it can back up your system. I only take it with full meals or when I know for a fact that something normally upsets my stomach. It’s great for when you go out to eat and always end up rushing home with a stomach ache and a need for a bathroom.

I bought these based on online reviews. My gut has been destroyed by years long use of proton pump inhibitors for Barrett’s and GERD. I researched an alternative to those and found out low dose melatonin and digestive enzymes have the same effect as ppi over short period of time. I’m not a medical professional so I can’t say for sure but I’m not having reflux and my food is digesting properly now using these. No side effects to speak of. I don’t take them with snacks, just meals

It works
These digestive enzymes work quite well when I remember to take them. You’re supposed to take them about 30 minutes before you eat and I have a hard time remembering to take them. When I do remember they work well.
