Great unit
Nice little jump starter, easy to use and does the job. I don't drive my 2003 Ranger much and the battery wasn't starting it due to that, so I had to use this jumper 2 different times and figured I needed a new battery, but found out it was just drained from not running the Ranger, so they gave it a deep charge and it's been good so far. The battery is a couple years old.

Easy to use
Worked perfectly right out of the box. Didn't even charge it. I've used it twice so far. It started my car every time. No problems. Particularly easy to use. It's great quality. Seems like premium materials were used to make it.

SHOCKING how such a compact, light, relatively inexpensive and easy to use jump-starter can be!
Easy to use, simple, compact, effective and reasonably priced!

Effective and efficient
This is an absolute time saver. Even with a dead battery I could start up the truck within seconds. Product is solid and easy to use. The cables seemed a little short at first, but does not affect the functionality. It comes with a nice zip-up cover that makes it portable and protects the unit.

Good for cars maybe not f450
Well this thing is pretty cool, but it wont start a f450. It killed battery pack with one turn over. Its starts the cars pretty good but thats it. Still worth the money

Worked on the first try
It was stored for a while, didn't know if it was going to work. But it started my truck on the first try on a cold morning. Battery life was still at a 100 when I used it. It was worth the purchase.

This was a lifesaver
This works amazing. I had a battery issue for awhile and I go a lot of places so this was a life saver. It jumped my diesel jeep many times on one charge and it was super easy to use.

Overall worth $30 and then some
Overall: this is a good size, with a decent case usable flashlight that was able to start a 1979 F-100 with a 302 (5.0L) V8 with the battery completely disconnected. More modern cars have more computers and have a higher electric requirement to start but this still seems impressive that it started the V8 with zero assistance from the truck battery. Pros: its pretty compact coming in at a little under 3.5 x 7.5 x 1.5 inches for just the jump pack, and 5 x 8.5 x 3.5 inches for the case. It does include a USB A to USB C cord for charging the unit and using the unit to charge other devices. I have not tried to use this on a modern vehicle but like I said it started my 79 ford with a carbureted 302 V8 when hooked directly to the terminals. The flashlight seems like it is actually bright enough to be useful, probably around 100-200 lumens. The model I received has a button on the jumper cable plug in for using when the battery is completely dead or removed. My understanding is that most have this but not all so I am counting it as a pro. The biggest pro for me is the price. I paid $29.98 or something close to it for this and decided to double down and get 2 for just under $64 with tax. These are usually $100+ at local box stores so if I can get 2-3 uses of helping other people or myself with this, it will be worth every penny. Cons: So far the only real con that I have is that it is picky about what AC/wall adapter you use to charge the jump pack. Other pictures of the back of the jump pack didnt have as much writing as the ones I received so I wanted to share it does say the input needs to be 2A (amps). It works just fine with 1A chargers, but you cant go over 2A or the safety prevents it from charging. I tried using my normal cell phone fast charger and it would not do anything so make sure you have a non-fast charging wall adapter to charge this with. This is kind of a mild nuisance so im only give 4 stars for this reason but this should not stop you from buying it. I also imagine the people saying theirs would not charge were only using fast chargers over the 2A limit.
