I work from home at a computer all day which causes pretty consistent neck discomfort. Laying on this tool consistently over the past week or so has helped a lot. After positioning it properly at the base of the skull, laying on it provides just enough pressure but not so much that it's uncomfortable. The material is comfortable and feels well made, like it'll last a long time before wearing out. The design looks like it'd accommodate a wide range of neck and head sizes.
